1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the raya77 website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our customer support team. Continued use of raya77 services after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Definitions

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

raya77 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with international anti-money laundering regulations. Before you can withdraw funds from your Account, you must complete the verification process by submitting:

• A clear, legible photo of your Indonesian ID card (KTP Nasional) showing all four corners
• A selfie photograph holding your ID card next to your face
• Proof of address (if requested), such as a recent utility bill or bank statement
• Additional documentation may be requested at our discretion to verify payment methods or for enhanced due diligence

We reserve the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays. All submitted documents are processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.4 Account Restrictions

You may only register one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in:

• Immediate closure of all associated accounts
• Forfeiture of any bonuses, winnings, and account balances
• Permanent ban from the Platform
• Reporting to relevant authorities if fraudulent activity is suspected

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

raya77 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are typically credited instantly. If your deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number. We do not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You warrant that all funds deposited originate from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. We reserve the right to refuse deposits from third parties or to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete)
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus-related winnings
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000
• Standard processing time for verified accounts is 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and time of request

raya77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals or where we suspect fraudulent activity. We may also require that deposits be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal to prevent money laundering.

For unverified accounts, a security hold of up to 24 hours may be applied to the first withdrawal. We strongly recommend completing KYC verification as soon as possible after registration to avoid delays.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits apply as follows:

• Daily limit: Rp 100,000,000 for standard accounts
• Monthly limit: Rp 500,000,000 for standard accounts
• VIP members may be eligible for higher limits based on their tier level

Exceptionally large withdrawal requests may be processed in installments over multiple days at our discretion.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry wagering requirements that specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before withdrawal. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 20,000,000 in total bets before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Slots typically contribute 100%
• Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10-20%
• Some games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes, but is not limited to:

6. Betting Rules and Game Play

All bets placed on raya77 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before confirmation. Bets cannot be canceled or modified after placement except in cases of obvious technical error, which will be handled at our sole discretion.

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed for each game and betting market. These limits may vary based on game type, your account status, and current promotions.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and numerous other sports. Bet types include 1X2, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Correct Score, Both Teams to Score, and more.

All sports bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless specifically included in the market description. In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, settlement rules will follow industry standards.

raya77 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started or where there is evidence of courtsiding or insider information being used.

6.3 Casino Games

Casino games including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games are provided by licensed third-party software providers. All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fairness. Game RTP percentages are published by the respective providers and are available on request.

In the rare event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

6.4 Irregular Play

We reserve the right to investigate and void bets where we detect irregular betting patterns, including but not limited to:

• Collusion between players
• Use of automated betting software (bots)
• Exploitation of technical errors or game glitches
• Arbitrage betting across multiple platforms

Accounts found engaging in irregular play will be subject to closure and funds forfeiture.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Hacking, reverse-engineering, or interfering with Platform security

• Offensive, abusive, or harassing behavior toward other users or staff

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination and may lead to legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the raya77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software, and game designs, is the property of raya77 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our express written permission. The raya77 name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, raya77 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or factors beyond our control
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by third-party providers
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account at the time the claim arose.

11. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action. 12. Amendments to Terms

raya77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining funds within 30 days. After this period, unclaimed funds may be subject to administrative fees.

raya77 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or irregular activity. In such cases, we will attempt to notify you and return any legitimate funds, subject to deduction of amounts owed to us.
